pk21 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pk21 ("pk21", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk21.app ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk21 Platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions ("Supplementary Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk21 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pk21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

To register and maintain an active account on pk21, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk21 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will verify your age using CNIC documentation during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organisation.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended pk21 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and where accessing the pk21 Platform constitutes a criminal offence.
• You have not been self-excluded from the pk21 Platform or any affiliated platform under our responsible gaming programme.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, impairment, or at the direction of another party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and Pakistani residential address. pk21 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

pk21 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Upon successful registration and verification, pk21 will open a player account ("Account") in your name denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual under any circumstances.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pk21 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person. pk21 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk21 immediately via live chat or email. pk21 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.2 KYC Verification

All pk21 accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must submit a clear copy of your valid CNIC, a recent proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. pk21 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pk21 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 50 per month on inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The remaining balance will never be reduced below zero.

All financial transactions on the pk21 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through verified payment channels available to Pakistani residents.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk21 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, GrabPay, and Cash OTC through designated agents. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pk21 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although enhanced due diligence may be applied to large deposit amounts. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk21 Account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule") unless otherwise approved by the pk21 compliance team.

4.4 Transaction Restrictions

pk21 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name, or overseas accounts. All funds deposited on pk21 must be your own funds derived from lawful sources. Using the pk21 platform to transfer funds between parties without genuine gameplay constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant financial authorities.

pk21 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific Supplementary Terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the Supplementary Terms of a specific promotion shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's Supplementary Terms, all bonus credits awarded to your pk21 Account are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the odds of the selection. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion's Supplementary Terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pk21 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour that pk21 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk opposing bets, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and a permanent ban from future promotions.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date and time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically voided and removed from your Account. Cash balances in your Account are not affected by bonus expiry.

All casino games available on the pk21 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, and any future game categories — are subject to these general gaming rules as well as any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on pk21 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the relevant game as administered by the dealer and studio operator.

6.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, pk21 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to your Account. pk21 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from game malfunctions. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the pk21 Platform.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. pk21 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum limit may be voided at pk21's discretion.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in pk21's server logs will be considered definitive. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify pk21's support team within 72 hours of the disputed round. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

The pk21 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to these general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the pk21 sportsbook help section.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by pk21. pk21 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds due to a pricing error. Bets are only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued to the player. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay and are only confirmed once the odds are validated against live market data.

7.2 Voided Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled; the event does not meet the minimum completion threshold as defined in the sport-specific rules; or a clear pricing error is identified. Void bets in accumulator wagers will be recalculated as if the voided selection was not included.

7.3 Match Fixing & Integrity

pk21 takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any player found to have placed bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome, or found to be involved in any way in match-fixing activity, will have their Account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant sporting and law-enforcement authorities.

pk21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The 21+ age requirement is fundamental to our responsible gaming framework and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

All registered pk21 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined time period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content available on the pk21 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface design, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of pk21 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk21 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk21 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk21 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pk21 software or game code.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data extraction methods to access or interact with the Platform.
• Use the pk21 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk21 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk21 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk21 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from game malfunctions, technical errors, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In all circumstances, pk21's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

pk21 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

pk21 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and verification, KYC and anti-money laundering compliance, processing of financial transactions, delivery of customer support services, personalisation of your gaming experience, and communication of promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications.

pk21 will never sell your personal data to third parties for independent commercial use. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly on a need-to-know basis and under binding data protection agreements. Either you or pk21 may terminate your Account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting our customer support team via live chat. pk21 will process closure requests within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding balance disputes or pending investigations.

pk21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You hold or have held more than one pk21 account.
• You have engaged in bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or cheating of any kind.
• Your account activity indicates potential money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any Supplementary Terms.
• pk21 is required to do so under applicable law or a regulatory directive.

In the event of termination for cause, pk21 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your Account. Where termination occurs for reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the payment method on record.

pk21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations. The effective date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a pk21 player — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via your registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the pk21 Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the pk21 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk21 is duly licensed and registered as an international online gaming operator.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact pk21's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. pk21 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve support escalations within 5 business days.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 20 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint to pk21 via the contact details on this site. pk21 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgement.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Supplementary Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk21 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.
